I’m a qualified Reflexologist, Massage Therapist and Skin Health Therapist, working from my therapy room in Magheracloone, just outside Carrickmacross.

 

I’ve always been interested in the connection between how we feel and how our body and skin respond. Over the years, I’ve continued to develop my knowledge and training so that I can offer both deeply relaxing holistic treatments and professional skin health treatments, depending on what each individual client needs.

 

My approach is very much about treating the person, rather than simply treating a symptom. I take the time to listen, understand what you’re looking for and tailor each treatment accordingly. Sometimes that might mean focusing on relaxation and switching off for an hour; other times it may be working on a particular skin concern or combining different techniques to give you the best treatment for you.

 

I’m also a busy working mum, so I understand only too well how easy it can be to put yourself at the bottom of the list. Life can be busy, and finding time for yourself isn’t always easy. That’s one of the reasons I’ve created a calm, welcoming space where you can take some time out, without feeling that you have to rush off or think about everything else that needs doing.
